Glenurquhart Highland Games

Saturday 22nd August, 2020 at Blairbeg Park, Drumnadrochit.

It is with deep regret, that due to COVID-19, the Committee of Glenurquhart Highland Gathering and Games announce the cancellation of this year’s event which was due to be held on Saturday 22nd August 2020.

Our disappointment is particularly acute because we were due to celebrate our 75th anniversary this year but the health and safety of visitors and the community alike must be paramount.
However, we always strive to move onwards and we are concentrating our efforts on creating a special celebration for Sat 28th August 2021. As a result, we now invite anyone who wishes to get involved in delivering next year’s unique event to contact us.

At the same time the Games Committee are exploring various ways of marking our 75th Anniversary on a virtual basis and a further announcement on that will be made shortly.

For the moment we extend our best wishes to everyone both at home and abroad. Keep safe and we look forward to seeing you all in happier and safer times.
